Mewba: Cozy Bubble Tea — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026. This policy covers the mobile game Mewba: Cozy Bubble Tea (package com.douple.mewba) published by Douple ("we", "us"). Contact: support@douple.net.
The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has used the game, contact us and we will help.
1. What we do not collect
There is no account or sign-in. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, precise location or payment card details. Your progress (coins, drinks, settings) is stored on your own device.

This data is not linked to your name or identity by us, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for anything other than the purposes above. Data is encrypted in transit.
3. Your choices
- Consent: where the law requires it (for example the EEA, UK and some US states) the game shows a consent form (Google UMP) the first time it opens. You can change your choice later where the form offers it.
- Personalised ads: you can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- Remove ads: an in-app purchase removes the optional ad breaks.
- Notifications: the game can show local reminders (for example when your pearl pot is ready). You can switch them off in the system notification settings. They are created on your device; no notification data is sent to us.
4. Retention and deletion
Game progress lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall the game or clear its data. Analytics and crash data held by Firebase are kept for a limited period set by Google (by default up to 14 months for analytics events). To ask us about data linked to your device, write to support@douple.net.

6. International transfers and your rights
Google may process data in countries other than your own. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, Vietnam, California) you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of personal data. Contact us and we will reply within a reasonable time.
7. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the game.

Game dành cho người chơi từ 13 tuổi trở lên, không nhắm tới trẻ dưới 13 tuổi và chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của các em.
1. Chúng tôi không thu thập
Game không có tài khoản hay đăng nhập. Chúng tôi không thu thập tên, email, số điện thoại, danh bạ, ảnh, micro, vị trí chính xác hay thông tin thẻ thanh toán. Tiến trình chơi (xu, đồ uống, cài đặt) được lưu ngay trên thiết bị của bạn.
2. Dữ liệu được thu thập và bởi ai
- Google AdMob: mã quảng cáo (Advertising ID), mẫu máy, phiên bản hệ điều hành, khu vực ước chừng (từ IP), tương tác với quảng cáo — để hiển thị và đo lường quảng cáo (video tùy chọn và quảng cáo ngắn giữa các ngày).
- Google Firebase Analytics và Crashlytics: sự kiện ẩn danh (phục vụ một ly, hoàn thành ca, mở màn hình...), thời lượng phiên, thông tin thiết bị, báo cáo lỗi — để hiểu cách chơi, sửa lỗi và cân bằng game.
- Google Play Billing: mã giao dịch và lịch sử mua các vật phẩm bạn mua — để trao vật phẩm và khôi phục. Chúng tôi không thấy thông tin thẻ của bạn.
Chúng tôi không liên kết dữ liệu này với tên hay danh tính của bạn, không bán dữ liệu và chỉ dùng cho các mục đích nêu trên. Dữ liệu được mã hóa khi truyền đi.
3. Lựa chọn của bạn
- Ở nơi luật yêu cầu (EEA, Anh, một số bang Hoa Kỳ), game hiển thị biểu mẫu đồng ý (Google UMP) khi mở lần đầu.
- Bạn có thể đặt lại/xóa mã quảng cáo hoặc tắt quảng cáo cá nhân hóa trong Cài đặt Android (Cài đặt → Quyền riêng tư → Quảng cáo).
- Mua gói "Xóa quảng cáo" để tắt các quảng cáo tùy chọn.
- Thông báo nhắc (ví dụ nồi trân châu đã xong) được tạo ngay trên máy; không có dữ liệu thông báo nào gửi cho chúng tôi. Bạn có thể tắt trong cài đặt thông báo của hệ thống.
4. Lưu trữ và xóa dữ liệu
Tiến trình chơi nằm trên thiết bị và bị xóa khi bạn gỡ game hoặc xóa dữ liệu ứng dụng. Dữ liệu phân tích và báo lỗi trên Firebase được Google lưu trong thời hạn nhất định (mặc định tối đa 14 tháng với sự kiện phân tích). Muốn hỏi về dữ liệu gắn với thiết bị của bạn, hãy viết tới support@douple.net.
